Texas Inter-Faith Management Corporation (TIFMC) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was specifically formed to improve the lives of economically disadvantaged people through the advocacy and management of affordable housing that supports mutual aid programs. Our full-service management teams are currently managing eighteen properties represented by 2,464 units in Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and Port Aransas, Texas.
In 2021 40i property Management was formed expand our reach beyond Texas and bring our professional and service driven management, to other states.

Texas Inter-Faith Management Corp is a proud member of The Inter-Faith Group.
As Alliances representing property management and operations in the Inter-Faith Group: our coalition brings resident services, customer service-oriented management, and further development to the affordable housing mission throughout the country. Houston Inter-Faith Corporation was formed in 1966 when three individuals from different religious backgrounds joined together in an effort to provide low-cost housing for senior citizens in the Houston community. This group of civic leaders established Houston Inter-Faith as a non-profit organization and purchased four properties that accommodated low-income seniors.
During the 1990’s, Houston Inter-Faith Housing Corporation experienced tremendous growth and expanded its mission to include the acquisition of multi-family low-moderate income communities throughout the state of Texas. Upon this expansion Houston Inter-Faith Housing became Texas Inter-Faith Housing and in 1998 Texas Inter-Faith Management Corp. was created to meet the specific management requirements within affordable housing.
